And when something turns out just the way he likes it, he says it with his historic phrase: “It's chic!”

Maria is a vortex of energy, the beating heart of the Bakery.
Always on the move, he moves from the kitchen to production without ever stopping, overseeing everything with the watchful eye of someone who knows the job down to the smallest detail.

Raffaele is the one you see everywhere and never in the same place.
He moves from the bench to the laboratory, checks an oven, fixes a machine, then returns to his freselle, which he kneads with the calm and precision of someone who knows the craft by heart.
He doesn't talk much, but he's always there when you need him—with a calm look, a quiet joke, and hands ready to get everything moving again.
He has the calm irony of someone who knows that every problem has a solution, you just have to take it slow.
It is practical, reliable and constant, a presence that gives security to everyone.

The beginnings

It all began here: grandfather's first small bakery, his calendar hanging on the wall, and a strong desire to build something for the family. A simple place, but full of dreams that were just beginning to come true.
