Cavallaccio began as a small village bakery and is now a modern artisan workshop that combines bread making, pastry making, a rotisserie, a pizzeria, and a delicatessen.

For us, bread is a serious thing.
It is made from selected grain flours, pure water, sea salt, and a live sourdough starter that we care for and nourish every day like part of the family.
