Our version follows the historic recipe, with a slow leavening process that makes it soft and fragrant, just as the Aversa tradition dictates.

Type 00 wheat flour, Whole milk, Butter, Sugar, Whole candied black cherry, Water, Whole eggs, Rice starch, Fresh cream, Egg yolk, Type 00 wheat flour, Brewer's yeast, Salt.

Cereals containing gluten, Milk and milk products, Eggs and egg products.

Serve slightly warm to enhance the cream.
